We Are Sign Up Now!

Sign Up Now CIC was founded in 2025 by AJ Mills, a passionate BSL Level 6 student, Communication Support Worker, and aspiring British Sign Language interpreter.

 

It all began with a simple coffee morning introducing people to British Sign Language. This initiative ignited a sense of community and highlighted the need for greater understanding and accessibility. As AJ worked with the deaf community, she discovered a pressing need for support with job applications, interview preparations, and more.

 

In partnership with Make:Good and Newham Council, they organized a free employment support session that exceeded expectations. This success sparked the idea to create a full-fledged organisation dedicated to advancing social and economic inclusion for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
